Wanitha Ashok’s Moving Body
Wanitha Ashok’s Moving Body aims to make exercises less dull and monotonous. With no two exercises the same, the Moving Body aims to help people improve their quality of life.
Age Group: 6- 45 years
With each exercise unique and novel, the program trains you in strength training, cardio and toning, and what’s more, these 3 are done using props found at home!
The program has Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced levels. The founder is the initiator of ‘Get Fit India ‘which she started 17 years ago. She is also an influencer and a motivational speaker.
