• Hatha Yoga (refers to the practice of physical yoga postures - Ashtanga, vinyasa, Iyengar and Power Yoga)
• Pranayama, surya namaskar and leg raises for the warm up.
• Series of 12 asanas which is mostly Sivananda style.
