ABOUT THE PROGRAM
Bayside Sports introduces a professional online Cricket program for kids. During this training program, their experienced coaches will work closely with the players to help them clearly define their goals on specific measurable aspects of the game, which Bayside Sports will track throughout the program. Sessions are taken up on a holistic approach, with an aim to develop the players technically, tactically, psychologically, physically and personally.
A few principles followed by Bayside Sports to encourage their players:

Cricket Head Coach – Nikhil Mandale
• Represented Mumbai Cricket Association for 10 years.
• Debuted in the Mumbai Ranji T20 Trophy in 2012-13.
• Played in the Indian Cricket League.
• Played in the Bedfordshire League in UK.
• Played alongside & against international stars Virat Kohli, Rohit Sharma, Brian Lara, Joe Root and many more.
• Trained under Jock Campbell & Paul Watson – Former trainers of the Australian Cricket Team & Australian Rugby Team respectively.
• Has been a part of the Tendulkar Middlesex Global Cricket Academy & coached alongside Sachin Tendulkar.
• Coached the Junior team of Luton Towns & Indian Cricket Club in UK.
