General Fitness with Shrey Kapoor

Shrey Kapoor is a certified nutrition consultant and a personal trainer, who provides training high intensity interval, bodyweight free hand and weight loss programs, for the fitness freaks.

Age Group: 15-45 years

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

The program will consist of high intensity cardio that will leave the person breathless and body weight training to help participants achieve their fittest self, without any requirement of equipment.

The workouts will be charted according to the days of the week, out of which some days will be supervised and guided through the trainer and rest will be carried out by the participants themselves as suggested and trained.
