ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This program teach beginner and intermediate level Yoga asana, Pranayama and Meditation - with prime focus on breathing.
Each program is designed as per the requirement of the students(s) and keep the style light, engaging and easy to understand, with the purpose to empower students with a strong body and mind to reach their full potential in life.
Each session is a balanced mix of asanas, pranayama, meditation and Yoga-nidra. The Yoga programs are result-oriented i.e. Sthir Wellness works with the students to understand their purpose of joining Yoga and help them achieve those results in a positive and sustainable manner.
